Well, let me reveal what I'm going to review today for you all.

Few days back, I got a pair of lenses in my mail from Optica Pk.

Nurbesten Brushes & Silicon Sponge

Hoping you all are perfectly fine.
I'm all ready to review some amazing pieces from Nurbesten.

Recently, I got my hands on their two foundation brushes and one silicon beauty blender.

I'm lucky enough to get these essentials at a time when I got my own brush broken.
Gone are the days when you actually find it hard to choose between quality and quantity.

When you’re just staring out with makeup, and creating simple looks, fingers are fine, but for creating more technical makeup looks, your tools are even more important than the products you use. Makeup brushes are a wonderful investment for the makeup aficionado, but they don’t have to cost a fortune. I would guess that half my professional brush kit is made up of “budget” brushes.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be going over a couple of exceptional budget makeup brush brands that I use and love. This week I’ll be talking about brushes by Nurbesten

BRUSHES:

Nurbesten is offering affordable, cruelty free and environmentally friendly makeup tools that not only boast impeccable eco credentials (clue’s in the name), but also actually deliver on the artistry front. Case in point is this dense, generously bristled bronzer brush- it’s the perfect shape for mimicking a tan over cheeks, collarbones and forehead and feels reassuringly heavy duty.

It’s gung-ho, rather than feathery or delicate, and ideal for shading large surface areas.

SILICON BEAUTY BLENDER:

The Silico-Sponge comes in a neat little snap-lid plastic box, which I think is a great packaging choice because it will help prevent your silisponge from getting punctured or torn, which you definitely don’t want. Think leakage

       

So now it was time to try this silicone makeup “sponge” out.

Silicon blender offers the following instructions:

Take the littlest amount of cream/liquid product and go in circular motions or back and forth to spread.
Tap repeatedly to blend and settle.

That sounded fairly similar to using the Beauty Blender.

 The Silisponge is unlike any other type of makeup applicator I’ve ever seen. When you first pick it up, it feels so weird! Its sort of like very firm jello. Its squishy and has an extremely smooth surface. Its thinner than I expected, but also heavier, especially compared to the lighter than air Beauty Blender.

Silicone is super hygienic! I loved the idea of a makeup applicator that is non-porous, that wouldn’t absorb product, and that would be incredibly easy to clean. But, would it work as well as the Beauty Blender for applying foundation? I have tried numerous brushes, but by far my all time favourite way to apply liquid foundation is the Beauty Blender.
I have also tried similar sponges, like the Real Techniques or Sephora brand, and I have found them to work equally well.
They just make it so quick and easy to blend the foundation so it sits more naturally on your skin. The only downside is cleaning them. They tend to soak in a lot of product and are a bit of a pain to wash.

The Skin Maskuerade

Hey Everyone, 

So finally my most awaited review ia all ready to share.
I got some couple of samples of masks few weeks back from very known brand THE SKIN MASKUERADE

I got 4 product samples and reviewing it separately.

HEIMISH ARTLESS GLOW BASE:

One of the most important products that affects how your base makeup looks is your primer! The primer is your real base and the first product that sets the foundation for your other products to build off of. Primers not only help prolong the wear time of your makeup, but it can also make a huge impact on preventing your foundation from looking cakey, flat, or uneven!

A facial primer that I've been loving lately is the Heimish Artless Glow Base, which I received courtesy of Jolse! Heimish, despite being a relatively new brand, has made waves in the K-beauty world. I fell in love with their Dailism Eye Palettes (review here), and since then, I've been a huge Heimish fan. The Artless Glow Base did not disappoint and *spoiler alert* you're gonna want to get your hands on this!

JUICY MASK SHEET:

When your skin is feeling really dry and dehydrated, try this Juicy Mask Sheet in Aloe. Aloe is commonly used to heal skin and helps nourish and hydrate as well. Its soothing qualities are great for skin that seems irritated and red. Apply this sheet mask and let the goodness of aloe soak into your skin revealing more moisturized, plump, and calm skin.

3D MEDI LIFTING AMPOULE MASK:

Intensive Lifting Mask provides abundant nourishment.
Makes skin smooth with collagen closely adheres to the sagging and uneven skin.
3D Medi Ampoule Mask contains a highly enriched ampoule solution that nourishes the skin for targeting 5 different skincare solutions.

To Use:

After cleansing, even out skin tone. Take the mask out of its package, unfold, and place the sheet on the face. Rest comfortably for 10-20 minutes and remove the mask. Remove the mask and let the skin absorb the remaining essence by gently patting the skin.

Tip:

For a cooling effect, place your sheet mask in the fridge for 10 minutes and apply as usual.

THE REAL MASK SHEET IN CUCUMBER:

How to Use: 

After washing the face,a pply toner to prepare the skin for the ext step of skin care. Open the pouch, pull out the mask, and place on the face.

Using the eye area to align correctly. Remove after 10-20 minutes and gently pat for better absorption.

I was much satisfied with the beautiful results I got to see on my face. I would definitely recommend you all to try once to witness it yourself.

Luscious smoothie review

Hey Everyone,

I hope you all are doing perfectly fine. I was so busy writing my thesis from past 3 weeks.
So many products on pending to review and I'm all ready to give honest reviews.

Today, I'm going to review a brand new product recently launched by one of my favourite brand Luscious Cosmetics.

The product is called Makeup Smoothie or makeup remover towel.
As I'm makeup freak and love to give a try to everything related to cosmetic brands.

Makeup remover is like my all time favorite product in skincare and I think it is the most importing thing to have. So let's get on to the review with a little intro on what this is.

This pink cloth said that, it remove 100% of make up including lipstick, waterproof eyeliner, HD, Matte and many more in seconds. It is reusable and you can wash it up to 1000 times. Promotes a mission on a no more need for oily chemical filled make up remover. How to use it, Rinse the cloth with warm water for best result, use the side without the tag to remove make up. Circular motion and use the side where tag is intact after removing make up for scrub purpose. You need to wash it after use it, air dry and once a week put it in the washing machine to wash off the stubborn stains from the make up. Just like a normal towel!

 If you notice, it has a 2 different texture on each side. It is said that the side with the tag attached to it (right part in above picture) is the more thick/textured" side, more like soft scrubbing and the left side is the one you start using to remove your makeup.

My daily routine before discovering this cloth is by using my all time favorite makeup remover wipes from Biore. When I got this cloth I really want it to work so it will be a great option on days I ran out of my makeup remover. My Biore makeup remover is pretty costly. Its a every month maintenance to me and I mostly use it for my eye makeup to save up, while my makeup on the rest of my face I use baby wipes. A cheaper dupe but not as effective as the makeup remover. So by having this, imagine that I can reuse it for so many times. How cool is that. So here I am going to give you a comparison image to see the difference of this Makeup Eraser with a normal makeup remover wipes and a normal cloth. If you get what I mean, this makeup eraser is like a makeup remover wipes + cloth.
